  • Wordpress experience
  • CRM experience (Agile, Ontraport, Hubspot, etc.)
  • Quickbooks Online experience

Responsibilities:

  • Quickbooks invoicing, reconciliation, and payroll
  • Project management
  • Client follow-up
  • Email management
  • Teamwork management
  • Social media scheduling
  • Research support
  • Blog formatting and posting
  • Appointment scheduling
  • Deadline and deliverables tracking

Bravado Creative is looking for a skilled office administrator and project manager to join our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of administration and project management experience with a proven track record of establishing systems with the goals of saving time, streamlining operations and paving the way for growth. The position starts at 4 hours weekly with room for growth.
